How to STOP acoustics from......

Cracking and how do I prevent it?????
I have a Alverez that cracked and I don't wont it to go any further or have another one start.
Dose any one have any ideas?

There is a humidifier/conditioner you can place in the soundhole of the guitar.
I forget the name, but it is basically a plastic tube, with a sponge in it, and small holes poked into it to allow the moisture to escape just enough to keep the guitar humidified. Use distilled water, only. The tube is capped to prevent the water from dripping out into the guitar.
Another solution is a room humidifier.
