Quality / Sound difference between tuner and bridge brands?

I'm looking at doing a build project off in the not too distant future. I was curious if any of you guys had an opinion regarding quality and sound differences between brands of tuners and bridges.

I'm thinking about something with a hard tail, but wasn't sure of a sound/tuning stability difference between a tune o matic and other hard tail bridges. Also as far as manufacturing goes, what's the difference between say, Gotoh's version of the tune o matic and tone pro's?

Same question goes for tuners.

What's everyone's opinion on here?
