I thought they went out of business fairly recently, like within the last year? I know I was just looking at some of their tuners a few months ago.

about LSR at Ed Roman:

As of mid 2008 I have been informed they will be coming out with new & improved versions that will retrofit the old ones and hopefully be more reliable!!!!

LSR tuners look good on two models, the KV and the Roswell. As for their performance, I never had a problem.
