its been around 3 years since i got my DK2 and i neve really cleaned it properly (other than wiping the body and etc.) after getting my new DK2s i realized how much gunk the fretboard has on the old DK2...
my questions are
- how do i get the gunk out ( i am planning to buy one of those fretboard cleaning kits or whatever that is but never used it before, i dont want to ruin the wood )
- any recommendations on what to use to block the trem whe i take all the strings off? im scared that whatever i will put in there will not hold it and it will just go off
- whats 'oiling' the freboard?
