No. Intonation is what affects whether chords are in tune when the strings are in tune. Your problem is the truss rod. Hold it like a rifle and aim down the edge of the fretboard towards the head. If the neck is slightly forward, you need to tighten the truss rod (clockwise). If it's bent backwards, you need to turn it counterclockwise. (I think - I can never remember that - damn )

DON'T make a full turn unless it's curved like a Hot Wheels track. Just make a slight turn of the wrench.
Comparing it to the second-hand of a clock, you should only need to turn it from the 25-second mark to the 30-second mark at the absolute most - start by turning it from the 25-second mark to the 27-second mark, then check it again (if you have to tighten it - go from 27 to 25 if you have to loosen it).

Really if you don't know what you're doing you should take your guitar to a tech and have them show you how to do it. There's nothing worse than messing up a nice guitar (which yours looks like) because you're trying to fix something that you don't know how to fix.

There's also this link which doesn't open Acrobat Reader (seems kinda stupid to make s one-page sheet in Reader, when HTML is faster).

Man the truss rod fix is easy. I was pissing my pants the first time I tried it because everyone tells you that you can really fuck up your gutar. But I read up on it a bit and then tried it and it worked great. Now i do it all the time, and have saved myself money by not paying someone else to do this easy job. By the way that guitar looks amazing.

Yeah, sure it is. But if anyone is still afraid of tweaking the truss rod, here's the advice: don't tighten it too much. You can always tighten it a bit more if needed, but having the cracked neck and **** up truss rod is something you need some money to fix it.
