what value volume pot ?

do you guys use with your Duncan's? I have a 250K in my KV (with a JB) and there is a 500K in my Jackson Strat (with a Custom). What do you guys use?

pot value is a matter of preference. 250K will be slightly warmer sounding, and 500K will be a bit brighter. When in doubt, you can always use a 500K and roll back your tone a bit.

Doesn't the the pickup model (humbucker or single-coil) matter? I always thought that humbuckers use 500k, and single-coils use 250k.

I had 250 on humbucker and it didn't quieten the pickup enough.
