  • Single Volume & Tone for HSS, capacitor number?

One small thing is holding up me ordering some pickups for my SL1, capacitor count...am I right in thinking I only need 1 capacitor for a HSS set with 1 volume + 1 tone pot? Searched, but couldn't find an answer (or a wiring diagram that didn't have 2 tone pots).

I'm ordering a BKP Miracle Man + Trilogy Suite (thanks Davey), and losing an 81/SA/SA set (that you might see on the member's market in about 70 posts!), so I assume nothing except the jack socket is reusable. I'm going for 500K pots and 0.022uF cap(s).

One tone control = One capacitor

That's what I thought, but I'm no sparky so I couldn't be sure! Thanks, ordering now

Oh, one more thing, paper capacitor (0.022uF) or ceramic disk (0.02uF)?
