  • Floyd block size for Strat?

I've got a Fender Deluxe Players Strat with a V-trem. I think I'm going to have it converted to a Floyd. Do I need a 32mm or 37mm block?

Yes, it will be non-recessed, but I'll most likely just have it resting on the body and not floating. I don't want the block to be too long and sticking out the back of the cavity.

37mm should do the trick Joe. If you look in the trem spring cavity you will probably notice that it is not as deep as your Jacksons. Springs may rub with a 32mm
