Baby oil on ebony

I don't have any lemon oil or linseed oil right now..
Will baby oil work for cleaning the ebony board on my Kramer Nightswan?

Yes, it's just mineral oil. Baby oil, vaseline, motor oil will all be fine. [img]images/icons/smile.gif[/img]
