amp troubles again

some of you may remember me talking about my TKO115 and well i finally found the real problem.
the sound cuts off when it gets too loud but if i cram some cardboard between the frame and the chassis(is that the right term?)the sound wont cut out but it eventually gets loose.anybody have suggestions?

Can you post a pic of where you are placing the cardboard?

i dont have a camera. but if you can picture a combo amp with cardboard placed between the wooden frame of the amp and the box where all the knobs are, thats where i have the cardboard
