  • How can I modify a PS-3 Rhoads jack position?

As many of you know, the PS-3 and RX10D Rhoads guitars have the input jack on the lower wing, making them uncomfortable to play sitting down, even if I use an angled cable.

How can I route my PS-3 to place the jack on the upper longer wing? My main concern is the (long) cavity for the cables...

What do you think about placing a Strat-type angled input jack plate on the lower wing instead of the square one?

<font size="2" face="Verdana, Helvetica, sans-serif">you're better off doing that; you don't need a big gaping hole in there.

do you have the tools to do that? you can use a dremel tool to open the hole enough to accomodate that strat jack.
