hey guys,
I'm looking for some new PU for my KING-V 1. This JB's just suck!
Now, first i thought: go for EMG 85/60n. But now I'm not sure if i need that high output, cause i real often play jazz-clean like.
When I'm playing clean with the JBs i mostly drop volume a bit for smoother attack.
...And High gain? Well, I dont need that bizzling super uuh! Kind of TOOL Lateralus like Distortion is enough.
But on the other hand I aint got that palm-muted sound i want with the jbs. so...do i need activ pu? or is a passiv paf enough?
