I have purchased one of these from the Lyon/Washburn company & need a little help.
I can not configure my computer (E-machine w/ Windows Vista) to recieve the signal from the Cable. The model # is LUSBG10.
The ends of the cable glow Green as they are supposed to. However no matter how I have attempted to configure my computer the signal isn't getting thru. There is no sound coming out of the speakers, nor is the sound recorder able to pick up a signal. I know this worked on a previous computer w/ Windows XP.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
