  • Sodering a Jackson Pick Up

I have a Jackson J H, and My friend would like to use it.

He was a 99 doller Epiphone Sg and would like to change it.

Would it be a decent Upgrade for the Bridge Pickup?

There are red and white wires that are tapped off, and Green and Black.

    Where do they go?

Solder one wire to ground and the other to the tab on the pot. In a single pup guitar, you don't have to really worry about the phase thing. As for how much to sell it for-that is up to you. Used Duncans and Dimarzios usually go for 40-50 bucks, so a stock Jackson pup should be quite a bit less. I would say that any pickup would be an upgrade on a 99 dollar epi.
