You mean the metal parts in the body that the posts screw into? If so, you can get them from Stew-mac, or All-parts, or WD or just about any decent music shop. I'm sure there are some JCFers who would selll you some too. Try the classifieds.

Yes, they probably would fit, but taking the old ones out could be a job for a pro. IF that is what your are planning? They are called bushings and comes with several thread types, so watch out.
