my amps messing up!

my amp is still messed up after I thought it was the input jack and thought I had fixed it I find the real problem. If I play at a loud enough volume the output cuts off and I have to tug ever so slightly on the ( I dont know what else to clal it but the place on the face of the amp that has the knobs) to get back the output. any ideas on whats wrong or how to fix this?

If it is a tube amp then BE CAREFUL!!!! Give me the make and model of the amp.

i know how to solder

the amp is a Peavey TKO 115

the problem is weird, i stuck a piece of crumbled paper between the faceplate and the frame of the amp and it helped but stil goes out
