If it has a kahler locknut the string groves on wound srtings will hang up on nut, try lubeing nut with nut sauce( can be purchased @ most guitar stores or M friend I think?) and be sure to thoroughly stretch strings before locking down nut. This should help some?

Take the Kahler apart and clean it lub it and put it back together.Search the web for exploded views there are a lot of small parts on a Kahler.

All good advice. If that doesn't work, try replacing the springs.

Make sure the brass roller the string passes over is free to turn.If it will not turn the string is moving it some and dirt or grit is keeping it from returning to its correct position causing it to be out of pitch.
Everything has to be free too rotate and move as it was designed to do.
