5 Way Selesctor wiring

I had to replace the 5-way in a old Kramer and I have no idea of how to do it because they are different set ups.
Does anyone have a diagram one how to wire it. all the poles are on the same side and numbered 1 - 8.

Comeon, you guys here can set up a guitar to shoot a rocket launcher , but no one can give me an idea on how this should be done?

I'm running 1 Hum, & 2 Singles, 5-way and 1 Volume.

Most of the wiring diagrams have the type of 5 way with 4 poles on one side, 4 on the other. This was the closest I could find with the 8 poles on the one side. Just ignore the tone controls:
