Pickup cover question

Just wondering if I can swap the stock single coil covers on the Duncan's that's in my SL1 for some DiMarzio single coil covers? I'm changing from black to green pickups but would like to keep the single Duncans in but just with green pickup covers. And if it's possible would it be just a straight swap or would it require some tweaking? Thank you in advance folks. Much appreciated.
