Am I weird or does anyone else use 11-48 strings (or thicker) for E standard tuning?

No weird one here. Yep, I use 11-52's on several of my guitars tuned to standard pitch.

Use to use 10-56 on Gibson scale, and 10-52 on 25.5.

                        C sharp and 11's w/floyd is cool.

                        D and 10s w/floyd is cool

If I have to tune to E... Well... maybe 9s... Maybe...

                              I use a lot of different sizes of strings - some with 9's and 11's (for standard tuning) - but mostly i use 12's (12 - 16 - 22 - 36 - 46 - 54 ) all tuned to D on all Kahler and Floyd set ups.
