I'll make this short and sweet: WCRs are good. I like them. Never had a pickup with such a sweet sound and tons of output. BUT a Les Paul should have a Burstbucker in it.
Granted, they don't have anywhere near as much output as the WCRs, but I've gotten so used to the Les Paul sound at this point, that I simply can't make this switch. And the Burstbucker pups also made me realize that I may even like them more than the actual Les Paul itself.
I know most everyone that makes the switch would disagree that the BBs are better, but to my ear I can't play this thing without the stock BBs.
