  • Schaller tuners

    Hello

Are Schaller tuners (the regular model is the M6 and there is also a locking version) satin finished (like LSR's)? or regular shiny chrome (like Gotoh, Grover)?

I've seen pics at the Schaller website and they "look" dull (not shiny) but I don't know for sure, plus, from all the models, there was the "M6 A" which says (in it's poor German translation...) "machinepolished version". Now, does that mean "shiny like chrome"? And second, are all "chrome hardware" (regular shiny chrome hardware, like on transparent finished USA Jacksons) machine polished? Or machine polishing is different than "chrome finished" ?

I'm a bit confused, anybody got Schallers ?

I have several sets of Schallers and have never seen a brushed or satin finish from them. I got two sets of chrome and one set of black chrome. they are expensive, but worth it for the quality.

but if you want that satin finish go with Sperzels.
the guitar players look damaged - they've been outcasts all their lives
