  • JT6 Radius

Hi! I'm working on a Charvel project and am looking for a neck and need some help. The body is a 80's Japanese Charvel 3A (I think) 2 hum pup with a JT6 bridge. What Radius does the JT6 have? Is there a company that makes a 22 fret neck that has the correct heel dimensions and fingerboard radius?
    Your help is greatly appreciated!!!

I don't know exactly what the radius of the JT-6 trem is, but the necks of most (if not all) of the guitars that had that trem had a 12" - 16" compound radius. The Model 3 definitely did. Heel width should be 2 1/4". If you want a strat head, Musikraft can make a neck to those specs, and they even offer a Charvel style head:

Stew-mac has steel radius gauges, or you can get them (plastic ones) in one of Dan Erlewine's books.
