  • Opinions on a headless Charvel neck

I have a Charvel 24 fret neck with part of the headstock gone and was thinking of doing a Floyd speedloader mod to it and cutting the neck off at the base of the the truss rod adj hole.
Do you think the neck would be strong enough without the headstock?
    Really? well screw Mark Twain.

I don't see why it wouldn't be. IMO it should be fine. You can lock down a double locking system and cut all the strings at the headstock and it still stays in tune. So as long as the neck is complete to just past the nut you should be ok.
