            He's also played a 007 Elite.

there's also a hellraiser floyd rose IIRC but only a 6 string

unfortunately there are no mid/upper end 7 strings on the market that have a floyd (iirc ltds m-307 were the last ones ) except for Ibanez (not likey, basswood + B tuning ewen with emg's equals no good imho )

Theres a 6 string hellraiser with floyd, and Jeff loomis has a 7 string hellraiser with floyd, as seen in the links I posted. I believe it's a hellraiser 7 fr prototype.

ESP has an M307 and an MH307

Both floyded neckthrough 7 strings with EMGs and mahogany.

the MH307 would be very much like a hellraiser 7 fr. it's one of the most rare LTDs there are though.

Loomis's Hellraiser didn't originally come with a Floyd. His tech installed it. The rumor is that his sig model will have a Floyd, but no confirmation on that. ESP hasn't made the M307 or MH307 for about four years now, though you can still find them used. The only current ESP sevens are the Viper-407 and the SC-607, but those both have TOM bridges. Carvin makes sevens with Floyds.

You can get a 7-string with Floyd from Carvin for a decent price.

Actually that's what I'm looking into right now.
if this had jumbo fret(6100) wire on it I would buy it right now.

Yep. When Division opened for them, I got talk with his tech on the road, Willie G, and check out his axe. You can still see the string ferrels on the back of the guitar.
