emg schematics (2vol,1tone,3-way blade)

anyone know where i can find an emg schematic for 2 emg81s with a 2 volume, 1 tone and a 3 way blade switch setup? I've tried looking for that exact setup on the emg website and guitarelectornics.com but it doesnt seem to be there...
