  • Tremolo size for an archtop

Hi,I am looking to install a OFR black tremolo on a Charvel 750XL archtop. It is non-recessed.There is a FR II on there right now but it is not original.I know there are different sizes of sustain blocks and such.Could somoeone tell me what I need to know to purchase the proper size tremolo?Warmoth I believe only has the one size,so also a place to purchase a new one would be great. Thanks in advance.

The Charvel 750 needs the longer sustain block, which is 42 millimeters. They are interchangeable with any other Schaller/Floyd system. Originally, that 750 had a Schaller/Jackson logoed trem, the Floyd Rose II is a direct replacement of the Schaller JT-590.
