  • Floyd Saddle size.

    OK so i received a bag of parts today and in it was a OFR. One saddle was changed to black and i want to get a chrome one so it is matching. Here is pictures of the floyd http://community.webshots.com/album/548826112ZNddFE

    My question is what size saddle, please see this page http://www.guitarnucleus.com/gnstore/tremolo.html

    It is also missing two string lock inserts, and we these string lock inserts work as well? web page

    Get Part no.-BP0490-010 from guitar nucleus or part no.-FRO-S02 from guitar parts depot.com The string locks from stewmac are correct, but if I remember correctly, they have a $20 or $30 minimum order.

        Just an FYI, BP0490 is an Allparts part number. The 010 is just a designation of the color (010=chrome). As an ex Allparts dealer, I can tell you they sell parts to dealers at 50% of their catalog price, and let the dealers price them from there. In other words, don't ever buy anything from Allparts direct. Stew Mac sells their parts to the general public at a much more reasonable price, but they require a minimum order amount so that sucks too. These dealers mentioned above are your best bet for a decent price.
