I know I've seen a few around, are they mostly imports? Anybody here have some pics they can post?

    My main player:

Most of the ones I have seen are the Japanese made model series. Thin, wide necks with jumbo frets and well balanced. Very nice playing instruments.

I've owned a Charvel Fusion 4, and a Charvel Eliminator bass..and they were both good Japanese made instruments. Good bang for the buck. I currently own a Charvel Fusion 5 - and it's pretty good, except the output is rather low (compared to my other active pickup basses). Still pretty good value for the price.

Are they mostly P/J w/ the reversed P? What models are the top one? The 2nd I'm assuming is a Fusion 5?

They had a 2B, a neckthrough 3B, and I believe a 4B, then the Eliminator (FusionIV/ FusionV), and then Eliminated
I think the 2B was P-only, I could be wrong, but most of the others were P/J. Sometimes you could find one with a bar-type IIRC.

the 2B had the P-J setup too, it was like a bolt-on version of the 3B but without the preamp. The 1B had the single pickup

In Finland, the import models pop up every now and then. You can get them for reasonable prices too, I paid 180 euro for my Model 4B. The bang for the, uh, Euro, is earth-shattering.

Didn't Rex from Pantera play a white one of those?

looks like one of those freaky Ripley clones gone wrong on Alien Resurrection.

                          But it's still kinda cool.

I did a little searching and found a few people agreeing with you that Rex used a Fusion V prior to his Spector endorsement. I personally have no idea.

I know he had at least one Jackson or Charvel. I thought I remembered a white funky-shaped one that I think was a Fusion in one of their videos. I'll have to dig out my old VHS tapes and see tomorrow.
