Bill Lawerance Pickups

I'm looking to add 2 L250's and L2005XL to my model 3. Has anyone ever used either of these pickups? I'd like to hear your thoughts on them.

The L2005XL - never heard of that. Do you mean the L500XL? If so, I have one of each - "Bill and Beckys" OBL Made in West Germany and a Bill Lawrence USA that came OEM in my Jackson RR1.

They sound, well, like Dime! More bass than an EMG81, but similar.

Got the Bridge and neck models in my Marc Ferrari Camo, they sound really great to me.

I like it's sound, I was after the extreme/bettencourt thing, and it does it really well.
