What type of file for filing rough fret ends?

fellas, I have a neck that has fairly rough fret ends on both sides. What type of file is used for doing this? I need to smooth these out before I can use it...

shawn, at home depot, they have a pack of 5 mini files. kinda like jewler's files, i guess. they're not expensive, and that's what i use. i also use the stewmac fret sanding stick (which you can get at hobby lobby for less), and i'll also use those pink emery boards.
