  • Warranty question

I bought a Jackson DK2 EDS back in September and cannot remember how long the warranty period is for Jackson guitars?

I have found that the locking nut is a little bit to one side, making the high E string close to the edge of the fret board. Mostly at the first 3 frets. (This causes the Low E String to be close to edge near the 24th fret area.) The neck is straight in the neck pocket. I wanted to find out if this type of thing is covered under the warranty. I should have caught this when I first got it.

    Thanks,
    Erick

    Re: Warranty question

I would have to look again, but I think it is for one year on imports.

Yes that should be covered if the nut is infact misaligned. I would suggest taking it in to the store were you bought it and have them take a look at it. If they are a certified Jackson repair & service shop, they could do the neccessary work.
