• Floyd Nut slot to regular nut, anyone sell nuts?!?

IT's for a project guitar. A fixed bridge Ibanez body with a Wizard neck that has a Floyd nut on it.

Im just curious if anyone sells nuts that can go into Floyd nut grooves and directly "retrofit" in there. OR else, what other options are there?! I dont really want an "open" nut that looks kinda sloppy! Just curious if anyone has seen what im lookin for, or has a different solution?!?

    Thanks@!

Allparts has this, it's kinda pricey though. It's the first one on the page.

    Replacement nut

thanks, 25.00$ is quite the premium, but may be worth it

        Stew-Mac has one for $4.40 that fit's 1 11/16". $3.28 if it's a 1 3/4". Part #"s are #1866 (1 11/16), #1865 ( 13/4). But you have to cut your own slots on the 1 3/4".

Never mind, they're only 1/8 wide.

You can have a standard "gibson style" nut mounted on an axe that used to be floyded without any problems. No need to spend unnecessary dough for any of those "floyd retrofit" things IMO.
