EASY EMG Question

I have never had a guitar equipped with an EMG.

Easy Question: Can an EMG 85 be wired to a single volume/no tone control-style body?

(The EMG website shows only wiring with a tone in the loop...I would rather not have the tone knob if at all possible)

Just follow the EMG drawing but omit the tone control and any associated wiring. It works just peachy.
