Anyone know who sells replacement volume pots for Charvel Model 4's? I have looked on line and have had no luck. I replaced one with a different type and it cuts out dead on its tracks when I have turned it down to the last 25%. It's driving me nuts.

If the electronics are active, you would want a 50 K ohm pot for volume, a 250 K ohm pot for the tone control, and another 50 K ohm pot for the mid boost. That's how they came stock. You can use 500 or 250 K ohm for a passive set."Got a crazy feeling I don't understand,

Wow! Thanks for the responses! I've always been afraid of tinkering with my guitars just because of damage I may cause. Something got into me lately, and I have discovered changing original setups can be a lot of fun!!Comment
