fret #16 has raised itself, over the years. this is common to bolt-on neck guitars.

Why is it only common on bolt-on necks?

A deadblow hammer. Has lead shot & fluid in it so it doesn't rebound.

Don't worry - I'll smack her if it comes to that. You do not sell guitars to buy shoes. You skimp on food to buy shoes! ~Mrs Tekky 06-03-08~

Depending on why the fret raised, you may need to put a little glue in there. Glued frets aren't that big a deal to take out later if necessary - a soldering iron works great for that.

DUDES~! I bought that tool on eBay about 2 years ago. It didn't come with all the cauls but it came with the standard 61 9.5, 12, 16 and one other.
Use 6 for securing the fret ends down with a little CA glue.
I love this tool.
I got it for 95.00 plus shipping.
Not a bad deal at all!!!

I must admit, I don't use it as much any more but when I need to use it, there is severe comfort that I have it. It's a worth while investment for sure!
I like to call it "my vise grip on steroids" tool.
