Are their jackson necks that feel like Ibanez necks and vice versa? I am looking for a neck similar to a JPM, because I want the feel, just not the $1000 price tag, also just interested in what guitar necks are like each other, thanks guys

The stealth neck is very much like the Ibanez wizard (ultra-thin). That makes sense, since the stealth is similar to the Ibanez Sabre, which typically had a wizard neck. -
