I for one think that they should do a Robbin Crosby or Criss Oliva tribute guitar before they do a Jason Becker one. Save the Charvel/Jackson tributes for the Charvel/Jackson players!

as much as I'd like to see tribute paid to Robbin & Criss, I think it says a lot for Jackson (at the time they agreed to it, anyway) that they were keen to make a replica of one of Jason's most famous guitars when none of the companies that he previously endorsed were willing to. Particularly as they agreed to donate part of the profits to the ALS research, which will benefit not only Jason (who is still with us to actually receive some benefit) but also others who are afflicted with Gehrigs

It's still listed as new news on Jasons site.
I would hope that means it is still going to happen.
It's the only axe that I'm aware of that I would consider buying new.
