• idea of pricing for this kind of custom shop order??

    Hey, me again

Imagine i want to order a usual production SL2H but with a few differences like other fret wiring or position of controls for instance...

Would tha make a big difference in price & waiting time? compared to just ordering a standard model?

    You guys have any idea?

Well, any variation on a standard model would make it a custom order, so it would raise the price and significantly delay delivery time.

Most custom shop guitars seem to be in the $2000 dollar price range. Last I heard they were taking around 14 months or so.

You need a deposit. The amount depends on the dealer. If you are looking to get a neck that's the same as the guitar in your other thread you would more than likely have to send them the other guitar to match it. $2000 after discount plus some sounds about right.

The waiting time is supposed to go down in a few months, at least that's what Fender said.

Now only if I actually had the money to get a 24 fret rhoads finished in Chlorine with one hum. Too bad I only have $100 dollars lol. Think small dreams first David....small dreams first.
