It's a Japanese made one and retail of 230,000 yen, which is about $1900-2000 u.s.).

Plays great and that guitar showing in the picture, the body is mahogany.Has Duncan custom pickup and Hotrail.
Sounds and plays great like USA made and the neck feel real good(oil finished).

Doug is not that big in Japan last time he played over there with Burning Rain, the place was empty with only 140 people where capacity of the place was for around 1000.
That is what I heard from people who went to the show.

          yea, and they ship internationally.
Make sure to ask them to ship by EMS(by post office and express).
This way,at least to U.S., you don't pay tax to import.

I would think the shipping cost to Europe will be around $150 u.s.

doug aldrich was the guitar player in lion, bad moon rising, dio, and will be joining whitesnake on their 2003 tour...he has a much more fanatical folloeing in japan where he has his own sig series...scalloped from 12th fret up, notches in headstock, finish is called "psycho-" something i can't remember...don't know if it's us made but the only pics i've seen don't have made in usa on them...they usually say grover jackson in small letters next to the big jacson logo...d.m.

Doug is a KILLER guitar player - super-versatile! I could only hope to play HALF as well as he can. I remember the first time I saw the Lion video for "Powerlove" - he was playing a white soloist - cool stuff!

                  Be careful dudes...

I have a old Grover Jackson catalogue lying around somewhere. If I find it I'll post more info.

Adrich models are all MIJ (they all have "Grove Jackson" on the headstock) and have funky finishes. There are 2 lines, one being expensive (more than USA Selects) and one being cheaper (less than the SL3/4). I can't remember the differences though.
