help with stripping a neckthru neck

ive got it stripped but i cant get a nice clean line especially since the primer & paint or so thick. any suggestions or tricks to doing this. its pretty close but

I will try & post pics of the project soon.

where i stripped it down to the wood on the neck & the paint of the body.
