  • Pickup experts - I have a question.

My Lado has Seymour Duncans, but I don't know hwat models they are. The bridge pickup has a label on the back that says SEYJ and the neck says DCJ. What the heck are these things?
    Sleep!!, That's where I'm a viking!!

You have a Distortion neck and a Custom bridge pickup.

The DCJ in the neck is a Custom. The other one I have no idea about, but I thought the Distortion is a DDJ.

          Duncan Distortion neck: SEY
          Duncan Distortion bridge: DD
Duncan Custom (no neck or bridge differentiation): DC

According to the labels and what you wrote, it looks like you have a neck hb in the bridge and a bridge hb in the neck.

DC= duncan custom SEY = duncan distortion the last letter used in the code is the person who wound the pickup.
