Vintage Trem to Non-Recessed Floyd

Well, I hear alot of people on here telling about how they converted a Vintage style trem on some old Import into a Non-Recessed Floyd.

This really intrests me. . . .how do you . .er. . .do it? [img]/images/graemlins/laugh.gif[/img]

If anyone has any good links to a good tutorial, please post it. Or any tips from their personal experience.

usually the floyd will sit on the body of the guitar &/or may need a neck shim to get a little bit of angle. but its the same as any other floyd conversion. widen the route slightly & drill 2 holes for the posts, at the correct spot.
