Marshall MG100DFX 100 Watt 1x12 2 CH Combo w DFX

This is what I am planning on getting. If anyone has some experience with it pls let me know. I will be getting it from <a href=:"www.americanmusicalsupply.com">AMS</a> as soon as I get my income tax refund. I am paying $425.00 for it, with free shipping.

Any help with this information is appreciated.

Are the MG series actually manufactured by marshall in the UK?...I put some info togather and I think they were actually manufactured in Japan by a company named Park. -I could be wrong... I was wanting a MG80RCD or a Valvestate Combo VS100R a while back. I ended up getting the 100w valve for the extra wattage.
