• Another GMP in my stable!

I was offered a screaming deal on this GMP Pawnshop I couldn't pass up!
This is the basic Pawnshop: Alder body, maple neck, Rosewood board, 25.5" scale, solid.
The other one is my Pawnshop Deluxe which is basically hollow, Mahogany body and neck, 3/4" Maple top, ebony board, 25.5" scale.
I LOVE these guitars!

Abalon dots look real nice on both.

Even though the Pawnshop is the "Cheap" guitar in the GMP line, it's actually the first one I grab 75% of the time.

It plays great. Thin, light, and BEEFY sounding. It a screamer!

Yup, abalone dots on the face and sides of the fingerboard, Sperzels, Tone Pros bridges (and tail on the Deluxe), Duncans (59 and JB in both),just impeccible workmanship on these guitars.

Thanks guys. I love em, as you can probably tell.

Jamie, I feel no difference in tension between the two. They both have 11 to 52s on them.

Sully, if I do come out to Texas, I plan on bringing both GMPs and the SLO.

Chuck, I don't even put my Japanese guitars in the rocks! What were you thinking man? You better drop those off at my house for a couple of weeks, until you learn to treat your equiptment better! Man, old people do weird stuff.
