    Pete (oklastrat) convinced me.My only option right now is dave philips and guitar center. What do i aske for . i wanna get el-34's put into it

      Bring it down to Dennis Kager @ Central Jersey Music Service!!!!

      They are behind LouRose Music in Edison...he knows all Mesa schematics and can fix one in his sleep!!! They are the other "major" Mesa repair center in the state.

        Yes, what Ken said. I took my Charvel Model 6 there and John Kager did some great work on it!

          Anyone know of a good Mesa tech in NYC area?

          my Mk IV has a broken push/pull pot that needs replacing....

          any leads appreciated

                  Ian,
                  They don't have a website, but they are listed as one of the only two Mesa service centers in NJ on Mesa's own website.

                  I worked for them...believe me...they are HIGHLY recommended !! Dave Phillips sends his his stuff to CJMS to be repaired anyway, as well as all the GC's in NJ.
                  Drop it there yourself, and avoid having to wait 2 weeks for it to return from the place that you can drop it at yourself.
