hum prob

Mh,my amp (Laney GH50L,stock valves) has a terrible hum when the volume of my axe is all the way up.It disappears when I turn the vol pot down.Should I use a noise suppressor?

check the grond on your guitar
check you cord (use another one to see if it still does it)

if that does not do it check your tubes
