Jackson je-0005 switch wiring

I'm looking for help for my limited 88 Jackson that has je-0005 switch have 2 Seymour Duncan's looking for full hb in outside positions with either outer coil inner coils and both in middle position

Best bet is the Seymour Duncan forums. Lots of diagrams there for this, which is also called a 5-way SuperSwitch.
