1987 KE2 pots long shaft?

I am giving my beloved 1987 KE2 some love. New Original Floyd, new pups. Guitar tech set up and says plays like a dream BUT>>> The original pups were EMG. New pups are DiMarzio. I supplied him with new volume and tone pots, input jack. He said the pots appear to be short and the toggle may need to be replaced as well as it's noisy and 'gritty' sounding. Fair enough, the guitar is 30 years old after all. Suggestions as to ONE place I can order the replacement parts required? Im familiar with the options (Stew Mac, All Parts, ect) But what specifically am I looking for? None of my Jacksons has ever given me this issue. Thanks everyone!

Long shafts is most commonly found on archtops
