  • Correct orientation of saddle block insert for Floyd Rose Lo Pro

    Hey folks,

I've managed to let the saddle insert block fall out of my bridge. Can anyone tell me which way round it should be before I pop it back in please?

It's a cuboid shape with a hole on one of the longer faces, offset towards the shorter face at right angles. The other shorter face is angled. So it looks a bit like this

    |---------------------/
    | -------------------/
    | -- ---------------/

I'd thought the hole was where the screw to tighten the block would fit, but that would mean the block would be sitting short side down, which doesn't look right.

    Thanks in advance!

For those who don't know - the hole in the block is indeed where the lock screw goes, but I'm not sure if the orientation varies by trem type (lo-pro, OFR, etc). I would assume not, and that they all go with the hole on the bottom.

Yep - hole at the bottom on the lo-pro too. Thanks for confirming Newc.
